Production & Delivery Time

The production time for our artisan garments and structural metal accessories is 2–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the specific item. International delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from the shipment date, depending on the destination country.

Tracking & Custom Duties

Every order includes an official international tracking number, which will be provided directly in your receipt after shipment. Please note that depending on your country’s local regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These estimated fees are calculated at checkout on Etsy or paid upon delivery, in strict accordance with your region's customs rules.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Standard items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be completely unused, unaltered, in their original pristine condition, and with all custom branded packaging intact. Please note that custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order artisan pieces created specifically to your individual measurements are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process & Shipping Costs

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly via the official Etsy messaging system within your buyer account. We will provide detailed step-by-step instructions after reviewing your request. Except in cases where the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our studio's error, all international return shipping costs and potential customs duties are covered entirely by the customer. Refunds are issued through Etsy Payments once the item is safely received back in its original condition.
